Carri Hulet is a Senior Associate at the Consensus Building Institute where she has led efforts to build the Climigration Network for the past three years. Carri facilitates diverse groups working on public issues including climate change, water quality, energy, transportation, and smart growth. Some recent examples of her work include facilitation of the Resilient Mystic Collaborative, a regional effort to coordinate climate change response efforts among 20 municipalities along the Mystic River in Massachusetts; work with the committee that produced the Medfield State Hospital Strategic Reuse Master Plan; the development of a complex six-player role play scenario to help communities in Georgetown, South Carolina weigh trade-offs between different climate adaptation measures; and an assessment of community perspectives on coastal risks in Scituate, Massachusetts. Carri is also adjunct faculty at the Harvard Program on Negotiation where she co-teaches the foundational course on negotiation and dispute resolution. Carri is a co-author of the book Managing Climate Risks in Coastal Communities.
